What do you like most about working as an Elevate Flexible resourcing lawyer?
I can answer in three words: choice, development, and learning. I value being able to choose my engagements, gaining new skills that customers need, and learning about the different kinds of organisations that work with Elevate.
What type of positions do you like the most?
In-house engagements are my favourite, especially matters involving contracts review and negotiation.
What’s it like working on a Flexible Resourcing project?
I have had a pleasant experience thus far. My assignments have consistently been well organised; managers have established clear expectations and provided the team a sense of direction – and, for the most part, avoided barraging us with emails.
What guidance do you have for anyone considering becoming an Elevate Contract Lawyer?
One of the most rewarding parts of working as a contract lawyer is learning from different colleagues at different organisations on a regular basis. I find that each assignment provides me insight into the diverse subject matter and enables me to hone my abilities further.
