LOS ANGELES – June 3, 2020 – Law company Elevate today announced that Stephen Allen will join the company on July 1, as Vice President, Enterprise Solutions and Get Sh*t Done, with responsibility for consulting, enterprise solutions, strategic pricing, and account management. He will join Elevate as a member of Elevate’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and will report to Liam Brown, Elevate’s Chairman and CEO.

Stephen is a recognized leader of legal service transformation. Last year, he was the inaugural recipient of the ‘Law Firm Legal Intrapreneur’ Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe Award, and the architect of the LIBOR solution, which won the Financial Times ‘Innovation in Collaboration’ North America Award. He previously designed and implemented the first-ever multi-year, fixed-price law firm enterprise legal service, for Thames Water.

Stephen joins Elevate from Hogan Lovells, where he was responsible for innovation, data science, legal tech (AI, Machine Learning, Automation), digitalization, and disruption. Previously, he ran PwC’s legal market advisory practice, where he advised and delivered change programs for law departments and law firms. Earlier in his career, Stephen worked as a lawyer both in private practice and in-house, before crossing the boardroom to become Managing Director of two divisions of Orange-France Télécom in the UK and Continental Europe.
