October 06, 2025 – Vinted, Europe’s leading secondhand fashion marketplace, recently partnered with Ironclad and Elevate to modernise its contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes. Facing rapid growth and increasing contract complexity, Vinted needed a scalable solution that could deliver efficiency without adding headcount.

After a rigorous RFP process, Vinted selected Ironclad and Elevate for its intuitive user experience and flexibility. Elevate partnered with Vinted to implement the platform, leveraging our deep CLM expertise to ensure a smooth and strategic rollout. The Results:

• Implementation in 5 months, from project kick-off in February to go-live in July 2025
• 120 users across 12 workflows, including Procurement, Shipping, Marketing, and Customer Support
• Significant efficiency gains, i.e. faster workflows, reduced manual effort, and improved user experience
