LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – January 18, 2022 – Law company Elevate today announced Amanda Burton and Jeremy Westlake have joined the Elevate board as independent non-executive directors. As Elevate’s senior independent director, Burton brings more than two decades of experience as a public company non-executive director, and a deep understanding of the business of law, having previously been the COO of Clifford Chance. As the current CFO of Network Rail, where he leads the finance function, including group finance, treasury, internal audit and risk, planning and regulation, and long-term planning and funding, Westlake brings extensive financial expertise as the chair of Elevate’s audit committee.
