My wife likes to dance. I have gone along with her enthusiasm (dragging my feet just a little, but not so much that I’d get in trouble) and, over time, have come to believe that it might even be good for our relationship.

These statistics show how much emphasis law firms put on innovation, but have barely moved the needle. Are law departments dragging their feet? Are law firms and law companies just not solving the right problems? Are the Big 4 getting it right?
