Female Entrepreneurs: Pitching to a Corporate Buyer

Interesting statistics on female entrepreneurs, but it cannot just be about training. If we want more entrepreneurs (men & women) maybe we should look at how we support them. The risks for entrepreneurs are big (which to some extent they should be), but if we want more entrepreneurs we cannot expect everyone to put their life on the line. Maybe support with getting mortgages, access to finance and yes even maternity benefits would help. If we want more entrepreneurs we need to look at their support structure from the basics.
If women were starting businesses at the same rate as men, the UK would have an additional one million businesses – a sobering statistic that shows there’s still lots of work to be done to level the playing field.
