Former ACC General Counsel Susan Hackett hopes to see lawyer networks and collaborative platforms that allow those with the right skills and expertise to move in and out of work–just in time, just as needed.
We’re more likely to see a much more multi-disciplinary approach to “legal services” education and a much more multi-experienced pool of workers who are assigned to drive the engines of addressing legal problem-solving.
