- Heavy SEC penalty because of lack of process and policy enforcement

- Designed and implemented an automated workflow solution
- Timely review of all G&E requests with workflow collecting appropriate data needed
- Streamlined approval process with stakeholders
- Developed and supported a ‘service desk’ to answer related questions
