At the start of 2025, Vinted, Europe’s leading secondhand fashion marketplace, faced a challenge familiar to fast-growing companies: increasing contract volume and complexity was straining its legal team, and manual processes threatened efficiency and scalability.

Vinted needed a contract management solution that could:
- Scale quickly without adding headcount
- Streamline workflows across multiple functions, including Procurement, Shipping, Marketing, and Customer Support

Solution
Following a competitive RFP process, Vinted selected Ironclad for its contract lifecycle management platform and partnered with Elevate for implementation support.
