Dan Sandman is Managing Director at Elevate and advises law departments, law firms, and claims professionals on strategies to address medical billing inflation and resulting damages exposure in bodily injury matters. He leads a team delivering medical bill audit expert services, including expert analysis and testimony across the United States.

Prior to Elevate, Dan served as President of American Medical Forensic Specialists (AMFS), a medical expert witness consulting organisation. He is admitted to practise law in Illinois and California and has first-chair jury trial experience.

Dan received his JD from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient and graduated cum laude from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
