I wanted the chance to work with Elevate’s customers, leveraging their great name, brand, and reputation.
What do you like most about working as a flexible lawyer for Elevate?
I enjoy the entrepreneurial nature, and the ability to contribute back to a customer in a meaningful way without the usual added pressure of being in a corporate environment.
What sorts of matters do you like the most?
The opportunity to meaningfully contribute to a firm and a team, using my expertise and legal experience – to train the junior lawyers in the firm and to guide them.
What aspects of being a secondee do you find most interesting?
The flexibility to work on different projects and use my legal expertise to do meaningful work while contributing to the team.
How has working with Elevate enabled you to thrive as a legal secondee?
There is a great support team at Elevate, and if you ever need something, there is always someone you can ask, plus the added training in legal and regulatory matters is just at my fingertips!
