Devdeep co-leads Elevate’s Consulting business unit, where he and his team focus on law department needs around people, processes, technology, spending, and data advice.  His team applies a systematic approach to operational improvement that begins with identifying and assessing opportunities for improvement, followed by crafting targeted, tailored solutions that achieve transformational outcomes.

Devdeep has over 15 years of experience assisting corporate law departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. He has extensive experience conducting ‘under the hood’ reviews of spend management practices and historical spend data analysis to generate deeper and more meaningful business intelligence, strategies, and outcomes. Devdeep has implemented data-driven cost-savings programs for customers that have delivered sustained year-over-year improvements and enabled orders-of-magnitude improvements in the financial management of legal spending.

Devdeep’s career encompasses all aspects of enterprise technology implementation, from requirements gathering to system design, process re-engineering, development, conversion, testing, training, and support. This includes leading the delivery of multiple successful matter management and e-billing implementations for large law department customers that resulted in substantially more efficient matter assignment, tracking, billing, and reporting.

Before Elevate, Devdeep worked at Morae Global. He began his career in legal business consulting at Huron Consulting. He received an MS in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
