Pawan is accountable for delivering an Elevated Experience to customers from Elevate’s service centers in Gurgaon and Chandigarh. His professional experience spans over 20 years, including over 15 years specializing in Legal Operations and Legal Technologies. Pawan joined Elevate per the acquisition of Sumati Group in 2018. As a founder and co-owner of Sumati Group, a Legal and Technology Services company with 100% focus on CLM, Pawan was responsible for the strategic and operational leadership in planning, executing, and spearheading key account management and delivery operation. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis International University, a Masters in Information Technology, and a BSc in Physics and Maths from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.
